The 4th Meeting of the 2nd Session Trade Union Held

On May 9, the 4^th meeting of the 2^nd trade union was held. Duan Zhiwei, the Chairman of Jmet, gave an important speech. He pointed out that the revised regulatory documents not only reflect the requirements of growth of business and crews, but also a correct guidance for staff’s code of conduct and notion. To further stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and better service the company’s development, Jmet must integrate the systematic management and self-management and make both of them promote mutually.

All representatives of trade union attended the meeting. The KPI  System, implementing measures of performance appraisal, amendment of collective labor contract and Work-attendance regulation, etc had been fully discussed and respectively ratified in the meeting.
